Role OverviewThe Maintenance Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Facilities and Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing, engineering, and production activities. This role provides direct supervision to maintenance technicians and facilities personnel; coordinates contractors and vendors; prioritizes maintenance activities; and ensures facility systems and manufacturing equipment are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
What You Will Do
Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance and facilities staff. Assign and prioritize daily work, lead planning meetings, and provide ongoing performance feedback. Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems and production equipment using CMMS.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Formal training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance-related trade preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing support environments
- Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians or skilled trade personnel
- Strong background in industrial production equipment environments preferred
- Experience managing preventative maintenance programs and maintenance execution in a manufacturing setting
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and facility service providers
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
- Ability to diagnose machine downtime using electrical schematics, ladder logic, PLC diagnostics, and machine alarms
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to partner with production, manufacturing engineering, and OEM service providers to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve machine performance
- Experience supporting machine installations, commissioning, equipment moves, and production startups
- Ability to analyze equipment performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase machine availability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
