Role OverviewDrive operational excellence and asset reliability by planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities across the facility. As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler, you will ensure work is safely and efficiently planned and executed by coordinating labor, materials, parts, contractors, and equipment access to maximize productivity, control costs, and minimize downtime.
What You Will Do
Perform short-range and long-range planning, including backlog analysis and resource balancing. Plan and schedule major and minor shutdowns and develop standardized shutdown plans. Develop and maintain planned job packages, labor standards, and material libraries.
