Job Description
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work, managing work orders, and improving maintenance processes at Phoenix Color's Hagerstown, MD facility. The role involves using a CMMS system, estimating labor and materials, and balancing workloads with available labor.

Requirements

  • Experience with CMMS systems (MVP-One preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • At least 2 years of maintenance planning experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of maintenance methods, tools, equipment, and preventive maintenance practices
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Experience working with vendors and managing projects or programs (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule, commitment to safety standards, and relevant education or equivalent experience
