Role OverviewThe Maintenance Planner is responsible for identifying the elements of an executable work package that should contain, but is not limited to, the work plan (including the process and desired end results), the necessary materials, tools, permits, and labor requirements and developing Time-Phased plan for execution in alignment with Reliability Excellence processes.
What You Will Do
Develop plans for all maintenance activities, including maintenance of Maximo and PM System data and reporting. Ensure a continuing review of P.M. work orders as they relate to equipment history; making recommended modifications to optimize equipment reliability and maintenance labor utilization.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires strong communication, math, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of standard software applications such as Microsoft Office is also preferred.
Requirements
- Further technical education beyond high school or vocational training.
- Specialized training or education (post-high school) in maintenance is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Able to be certified to use a pallet jack and forklift.
