Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Maintenance Planner/Analyst to join our team at our North Sioux City, SD facility. The role is responsible for planning and analyzing maintenance work for a team of maintenance technicians, with additional responsibility for supporting raw and packaging material inventory accuracy.
What You Will Do
Develop, schedule, and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders for the plant's production and facility equipment. Maintain the CMMS with accurate equipment records, work history, and PM schedules. Forecast parts and materials needed for upcoming maintenance work to ensure availability without overstocking.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related manufacturing role
- Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable reading and interpreting data to support decision-making (spreadsheets, basic reporting/query tools)
- Clear communicator able to work effectively with maintenance technicians, production staff, and leadership
