Role OverviewFoundation Wellness is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to lead the development and execution of a structured maintenance management system at our Wadsworth, OH facility.
What You Will Do
Develop, implement, and manage a weekly maintenance planning and scheduling process, build and maintain a prioritized backlog of maintenance work orders, and plan labor, materials, and tools required for all maintenance activities.

Requirements
- 5–8 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or supervision
- Experience with CMMS/ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability
- Experience managing spare parts inventory
- Proven ability to drive reactive to proactive transformation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
