Requirements

  • Utilize Job Cal, Emaint, or equivalent CMMS software to manage and log executed preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of required preventative maintenance
  • Meet daily with the maintenance supervisor to review completed tasks and adjust the short- and long-term schedules as needed
  • Provide periodic reports to the Inframark management team as requested
