Job Description
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will oversee planning and/or scheduling of maintenance work in production departments for the Tampa facility, ensuring all maintenance activities are thoroughly scoped and prepared before work begins. They will also ensure efficient execution of planned maintenance by developing accurate schedules, analyzing manpower availability, and aligning maintenance activities with production priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field from accredited College or University plus 2 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent mechanical skills, broad knowledge of maintenance concepts and techniques
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, CMMS (Mainsaver preferred) and planning/scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Aptitude to read, write, understand, and follow technical instructions and drawings; ability to read and understand blueprints. Proficient English (reading and writing) and math skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, and to change priorities and direction as needed, allowing for optimum effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety rules and regulations including familiarity with OSHA standards including lockout/tagout, confined space and hot work
