Role OverviewJoin Inframark's Operations and Maintenance team as a Maintenance Planner Scheduler. You will be responsible for managing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient facility operation with minimal downtime. You will work closely with maintenance supervisors, plant managers, and other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and document tasks.
What You Will Do
Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance, oversee scheduling, organize maintenance procedures, and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Meet daily with maintenance supervisors to review tasks and adjust schedules as needed. Provide reports to management and track purchase orders.

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- On-site construction experience
- Proficiency in Emaint or equivalent CMMS programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting
