Maintenance Planner Scheduler

The Maintenance Planner Scheduler will serve as a key liaison between internal customers, technicians, and vendors, ensuring fleet and heavy equipment repairs are scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. This role is also responsible for sourcing, stocking and distributing parts and supplies for all heavy equipment and vehicles.

What You Will Do

Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program, enter repair details into the maintenance management system, assign technicians to work orders, confirm repair completion, and coordinate third-party vendor repairs.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment industry (preferred)
• Proficiency with CMMS or scheduling software systems (ideal)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Team-focused mindset and ability to work with technicians, leaders, and vendors
