Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Maintenance Planning is responsible for daily supervision and guidance for Maintenance Planning personnel within the Maintenance Planning department. This position supervises six Maintenance Planners and is responsible for overall supervision of the designated Maintenance Planners, including providing guidance and instruction concerning the execution of all daily job functions, shift scheduling, payroll, procedural training, and performance evaluations.
What You Will Do
Perform routine audits of company computerized maintenance systems ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all schedule maintenance tasks. Coordinate the activity required upon new aircraft arrival and the transfer of aircraft to and from the company fleet. Ensure the timely execution of all Daily Remain Overnight (RON) Maintenance visits, Extended Visit, Mod Lines, and major component plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance planning is preferred
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations
- Must be able to communicate clearly in speech and writing, and intermediate level computer skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail in making timely operational decisions
