Job Description
ResProp Management seeks a Maintenance (Plumbing) Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, preferably in the multifamily industry. The role involves responding to and completing work orders, maintaining property value, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance experience
  • EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification (strongly preferred)
  • Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance
  • Trade Licensing (preferred but not required)
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must live within 30 minutes of community
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
