Role OverviewThe Maintenance Porter is responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and customer interface. The individual must be able to perform with minimum supervision. Other duties may include equipment service, general housekeeping tasks, and customer service.
What You Will Do
Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks, sweep and pick up around entrances and exits, empty trashcans, paint areas of the facility, replace burned out bulbs, and submit requests for repairs or maintenance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
