Requirements

  • Lead and direct Maintenance staff, Deck Operators, and Hot End Batch/Binder associates.
  • Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Monitor and optimize plant processes to achieve the highest production efficiencies and product quality.
  • Coordinate maintenance and process updates across shifts.
  • Ensure all machines are set up for maximum efficiency.
