Role OverviewThe Maintenance and Reliability Planning Specialist will plan moderately complex maintenance on plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines. This role involves developing job plans to improve workforce efficiency and quality, and ensuring maximum uptime of processing and packaging equipment.
What You Will Do
Research and compile information to generate job plans, initiate procurement of materials, transition capital improvement projects, prepare job plans for preventative maintenance, plan and schedule maintenance downtime, and maintain databases.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and a minimum of two years of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include continuous improvement experience, SAP experience, and a mechanical background.
