Job Description
Domtar is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to lead reliability-centered support services to the entire mill. The role involves developing and implementing maintenance programs, leading teams, evaluating equipment, and identifying engineering solutions for improved asset performance and downtime reduction. This is a full-time permanent position based in Rothshold, WI.

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent education
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant manufacturing/reliability centered experience
  • Strong personal commitment to workplace safety
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Experience in a paper manufacturing, union environment (preferred)
