Role Overview

As a Maintenance & Reliability Technician, you'll perform routine diagnostics and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. You'll work across disciplines like Infrared Thermography, Vibration Analysis, and Tribology (oil analysis) to support our reliability goals and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

What You Will Do

Perform routine inspections and diagnostics using thermography, vibration analysis, and oil sampling. Support and maintain facility criticality assessment documentation. Inspect equipment and lubrication systems, record and trend key parameters.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Significant experience with machinery, tools, and their maintenance
  • Working knowledge of mechanical lubrication, oil sampling, and contamination control
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Comfort using mobile devices
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships
  • ICML Certifications (MLT 1 or MLT 2) or willingness to obtain them
