Job Description
Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repairs, installations and building alterations through verbal and written instruction, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Operate welding equipment and perform minor vehicle and equipment repairs. Drive vehicles to pick up and deliver supplies and furniture. Keep accurate track of work orders and fill out Daily Production Sheet.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic
  • 6 months of experience in maintenance repair work
  • Valid commercial driver's license
