Job Description
Performs maintenance, replacement, installation & repair of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry work, painting, and minor custodial duties. Operates state vehicle to transport equipment, tools, and supplies. Performs general exterior grounds keeping duties and minor maintenance on Division vehicles.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic and reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary
  • 6 months of training or experience in maintenance repair work, including basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repair
  • Valid commercial driver's license required for motor equipment regulated by Ohio Revised Code
  • Valid driver license to operate state vehicle
