What You Will Do
The Maintenance Repair Worker 3 will perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance repair of equipment, carpentry repairs, plumbing repairs, interior custodial duties, and exterior grounds keeping duties. The role also involves inspecting buildings and equipment for needed repairs or replacements, operating machine tools and welding equipment, and ensuring secure maintenance of tools.
