Role OverviewThe Maintenance Section Supervisor oversees a maintenance section and is responsible for providing a safe driving thoroughfare within a geographic area of the state through the maintenance of all roads, structures, and rights-of-way. This position reports to the Odessa Maintenance Office and requires responding to emergency notifications on an as-needed basis.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Section Supervisor will administer and inspect contracted maintenance activities, handle public complaints, inspect road conditions, and plan, coordinate, and implement emergency response to inclement weather, flooding, accidents, and hazardous material spills.

- 7-9 years of experience in roadway maintenance or construction-related work
