Role OverviewThe Service Manager operates under the general guidance of the Community Manager, adhering to established policies and operational procedures. They are accountable to residents, the Community Manager, and staff. The Service Manager ensures the operation and maintenance of furnaces, air conditioners, stoves, refrigerators, hot water heaters, and other major appliances and equipment.
What You Will Do
Perform day-to-day maintenance duties to preserve and upkeep buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Provide physical services for repairs, maintaining a high level of customer service. Handle emergency conditions such as sewer backups, water flooding, and cleaning up during and after incidents to restore affected areas.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They will also have HVAC, electrical, and plumbing certifications, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
