Job Description
Join Arlington Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician to keep apartments running and beautiful. Work with your hands, solve problems, and be part of a team that helps residents feel at home. Work on maintenance tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and support emergency needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in at least one major trade area
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
  • Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
