What You Will Do
Prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, perform general maintenance, keep grounds clean, support preventative maintenance, and stay on-call for emergencies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
