What You Will Do
Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition, handle work orders with skill and urgency, perform general maintenance, keep grounds and common areas clean, and support preventative maintenance and inspections.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one major trade area
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
