Job Description
R+L Carriers is seeking a Maintenance Shop Foreman for our Pearl, MS Service Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty tractors and forklifts, as well as administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Perform preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repair on heavy-duty tractors and forklifts.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Perform all repairs and major repairs on trucks and forklifts.
  • Have experience with air brakes, clutches, electrical repairs PM's, lift-gates, overhead door repair, etc.
  • Have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of tractor/trailers (air brakes, clutches, diesel engines, lights and electrical repairs).
  • Have mechanic experience and/or manager experience.
  • Must have own tools.
