Job Description
Perform a variety of repairs and installations to school facilities, identify and resolve maintenance repair problems, and maintain accurate records. Ability to work the evening shift or any other schedule to accommodate the District’s needs.

Requirements

  • Accredited High School Diploma or USA equivalency
  • Three (3) years of work experience in four different crafts
  • One (1) year of experience in carpentry, flooring, ceiling repair, and painting
  • Demonstrated general knowledge of various types of interior and exterior paints
  • Demonstrated ability to use paint spray equipment, power equipment, or hand application
  • Must pass physical in order to wear half face negative pressure respirator
  • Must be clean-shaven at all times
  • Maintain a valid Texas Driver's License and driving record that meets District standards
  • Must pass a Dallas ISD random drug test
