Role OverviewResponsible for executing daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures promptly.
What You Will Do
Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, painting line robots, automation systems, and facilities. Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage accurately using the CMMS.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Support 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement projects on the production floor. Strictly follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding procedures.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in the electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and painting line robots.
- Solid overall experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and robotics programming/maintenance is highly preferred
