Primary responsibility includes summer landscaping, HVAC maintenance, plumbing maintenance, life safety compliance, and general maintenance.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years in facility maintenance
- HVAC and plumbing troubleshooting
- Boilers, RTUs, hot water loops, mixing valve calibration
- Familiarity with life safety and environmental standards for healthcare settings
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, urgency, and communication
