Role OverviewThis position is responsible for leading the South Plant maintenance team and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of preventive, reactive, and minor project maintenance activities. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians in the safe and efficient completion of preventive, reactive, shutdown, and minor project maintenance work. Assign and prioritize work orders, review maintenance work requests, and monitor technician workloads.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary trade school or technical college education strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related functional area, including experience leading or managing maintenance employees.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and broad maintenance knowledge, with the technical capability and hands-on experience to support troubleshooting and complex maintenance situations when needed.
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) experience preferred.
