Role OverviewWe are looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable technician to assist in maintaining our apartments and community. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of various trades and will be responsible for repairs, upkeep, and maintenance of the community.
What You Will Do
Complete maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and carry out repairs and installations of various types. Must be available for emergency repairs and after-hour 'on call' duty.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of maintenance/construction experience, be able to work independently, and have a valid driver's license. They will also be able to use all maintenance tools safely.
