Role OverviewThe Maintenance Superintendent provides site-wide leadership and oversight for mine maintenance, process maintenance, electrical maintenance, and building services. This position is accountable for safe, environmentally responsible, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance execution across the mine site.
What You Will Do
The Superintendent establishes maintenance strategies, plans, schedules, systems, and work practices that improve equipment reliability and availability, support production goals, optimize resources, control costs, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of mining industry experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a mining-related discipline
- SAP Certified Associate Project Manager or Plant Maintenance certification
- Ability to interpret maintenance information, establish priorities, coordinate resources, analyze root causes, and communicate performance to employees and management
