Role OverviewThe Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property, operating within OSHA standards and company safety policies. The incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
What You Will Do
Perform continuing education of safety training, complete hazard assessments, utilize proper safety equipment, and maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, and unit refurbishing.

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion
- Knowledge of carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurnishing, and air conditioning
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, and complete handwritten/typed reports
