Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising plant maintenance personnel, emphasizing preventative/predictive maintenance and reacting to plant operation needs. Responsible for safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, as well as Total Productive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices. Assists in troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and the overall facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four-year degree or technical degree preferred
  • Five to seven years supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required
  • Industrial Electrical and electronics troubleshooting experience required
  • Experience in machinery maintenance repair required
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 60lbs required
  • Standing and walking up to 12 hours per day required
