Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing
- Experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems
- Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs/electrical systems, proficiency in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to support maintenance systems
- Ability to become Haz-Mat team qualified
