Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at Maison at Solivita Marketplace in Kissimmee, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property, leading the maintenance staff, and more.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
  • HVAC and EPA experience preferred
  • CPO certification preferred
  • Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
