Maintenance Supervisor - Mid Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor - Mid Shift is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring employees follow plant rules and safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This role involves coordinating with maintenance technicians, conducting meetings, and performing various duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include ensuring employees are present, following up on previous shift's issues, reviewing start/stop times, and maintaining equipment to meet Animal Welfare guidelines. The supervisor must also perform any duties required by management and assist with the PSM program.
