Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Rivergate Meadows location. This community has 200 units and is located in Goodlettsville, TN. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of general maintenance experience
  • 6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school preferred
  • EPA Universal required
  • CPO Certification preferred
