Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new 284 unit Family Community, Terracina at Winding Creek, located in Roseville, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community and anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
