Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the service team, providing support to the Property Manager, and ensuring safety measures are enforced. You will also provide coaching, mentoring, and personal goals to your staff, and be responsible for scheduling daily activities efficiently.
What You Will Do
Your day will involve juggling multiple tasks, including providing excellent customer service, maintaining shop and company equipment, and ensuring key security. You will also be responsible for touring routes and models to ensure they look their best.

Requirements
- At least 2 years prior experience in effectively managing the maintenance needs of a community
