Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for all maintenance operations of the property, including resident service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, vendor relationships, compliance with safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Inspect property regularly, prioritize and assign service requests, lead and supervise maintenance team members, maintain and conduct a preventative maintenance program, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Experience in the student housing/multifamily industry is highly preferred
- HVAC, including EPA certification preferred
