Role OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating employee activities and outside contractors in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Additional responsibilities include directing employees and outside contractors, obtaining bids, ordering supplies, coordinating work, and inspecting facilities.
What You Will Do
Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance. Obtain bids, order supplies, and coordinate work. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3+ years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 200+ units. Must have EPA and CPO certifications. Prefer Yardi experience. Must have experience in all trades and excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
