Job Description
The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Gainesville, FL. The successful candidate will support and manage the maintenance team to ensure the property meets The Collier Company's standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager or equivalent supervisory position
  • Conventional experience a plus
  • Self-starter who has a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to recruit new vendors and establish long-term relationships
  • Experience with Entrata Property Management Software a plus
  • EPA certified and strong HVAC skill set preferred
  • Commitment to Emergency-On-Call (EOC) participation required
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize
