Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Gulf Coast Village, a part of Volunteers of America National Services. The role involves overseeing maintenance of the facility, conducting routine tests and inspections, and implementing programs to meet the goals and objectives of the facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of trade or vocational school with courses in blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC equipment, refrigeration and electricity
  • Minimum of three years full-time experience in construction or maintenance of equipment, utilities and buildings
  • Minimum of five years Supervisory experience
  • Healthcare facility experience preferred
  • Knowledge of state building, plumbing and electrical codes and ordinances
  • Knowledge of basic machinery and tools
  • Ability to operate lawn and yard equipment
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
