Job Description
CONAM Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Elan Riverwalk in Escondido, CA. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site. Requirements

  • Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
  • 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle tools and power equipment
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications strongly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and creating a positive living experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
