Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at MacArthur Studios in Oakland, CA. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
