Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment, including scheduled maintenance and repair of apartment appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and special equipment. Requires experience and knowledge of maintenance assigned to a given property and the ability to conduct maintenance training for others.

Requirements

  • Three to Eight years of maintenance experience required
  • College degree preferred
  • Must be HVAC and EPA certified
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Previous multifamily experience required
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
