Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and training maintenance staff in maintenance activities, including construction, plumbing, and sewage. Provides technical leadership and direction to co-workers on all maintenance controls and related equipment to ensure safety and protection of employees and guests.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge and experience performing routine general maintenance support services
  • Knowledge of pertinent building codes
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience applying carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance skills
  • Experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work
  • Ability to lead and provide technical direction to maintenance personnel
  • Valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
