Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of its properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff
  • Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
