Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Elan River Village in Escondido, CA. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site. This person is responsible for being hands on and completing the work orders on a timely basis. As a leader of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence, curb appeal and resident satisfaction of the apartment community.
